Initial Consultation + one-off session

- 40 minute initial consultation where we explore your specific needs and what successful coaching looks like for you
- 45 minute follow up session designed to provide you with a custom plan for you to follow. We will go through the plan during the session, ensuring it works for you and that you're able to track, measure and follow the plan sustainably.
'Investment' Package

- Initial consultation and one-off session (as per above)
- Access to the '12 Week New Physique' Program
- An additional one-to-one follow up session (you can arrange this at any point most beneficial to you during the 12 week period. Here, we will go through your challenges, highlights and make any adjustments to your plan to help you succeed.
