I'm in my late 30's, mum of two energetic and active boys, married to my best friend, work out to feel good, enjoy cooking, and work full time as well. It's a lot! But I am finally happy, healthy, content and wake up looking forward to the day ahead.
But...things haven't always been this way. It's taken investment in myself, hard work, commitment and being open to change that has truly helped me to achieve a better quality of life.
As women, we’re taught to put everyone’s needs before our own, sacrificing our own joy, wellbeing (and sanity) in the process. Our identity becomes so tied up in labels that we forget who we actually are, what we love to do and what we want for ourselves.
My own experiences have been no different.
So, I coach not only from knowledge and expertise, but from deep experience of mental, physical and emotional wellbeing challenges.
I know how it feels when the journey to confidence, happiness and wellbeing seems too hard and too distant. Over the last decade I've tried it all; multiple fitness programs, various diets (keto, intermittent fasting, you name it). I finally realised that improving the overall quality of my life was dependent on achieving my goals in all three areas; mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.
I took the long, timely and expensive route to get here, but I am committed to enabling a better and easier way for my clients to achieve this for themselves.
As I approached my 30's, I was juggling more with less. More responsibilities, more commitments, with less energy and less time for me. I gained weight, lost interest in social activities and gradually went from thriving, to just surviving.
I am now over 20kgs lighter, fitter, healthier and overall happier and content. I achieved this by investing in my overall wellbeing, because ultimately my wellbeing is priceless, and so is yours.
